Much of my work is related to helping others develop capabilities to enable flourishing. This work is applied at any of the following levels:

- enterprises (all enterprise stakeholders – clients, employees, suppliers / partners, communities, owners and investors, regions, nations and the planet)

My personal higher purpose guides everything I do in life and work. It took me a long time to discover my higher purpose. The one regret I have is not discovering it earlier. MY higher purpose is:

Linkages
For me flourishing is the means for achieving improved well-being as individuals, teams/groups, enterprises, communities, cities, provinces/states, regions, nations, the world and the planet. At all those levels we must ensure we develop the capabilities and competencies required for flourishing to enable improved well-being.
